Today, the 13th of Cheshvon in 1994 was the original date that Levi A”H was supposed to be crowned as the chief Rav of Tzfat but since they were in the middle of elections for the new mayor in Tzfat and the mayor that Levi A”H supported said that when he wins he wants to be the one to preside over the coronation they pushed of the coronation till the 23rd of Kislev.
